Shipping & Returns
Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery. We are based in rural Auckland and will deliver your order to our courier collection point on the morning the order is received, or if the order is received in the afternoon or evening, the next morning.
Unless a product is faulty (e.g. it arrives broken) or there is a quality issue with your product, we are unable to offer a refund. Faulty or quality-related products will either be replaced or refunded at the customer’s discretion.
We typically use Pass The Parcel which is owned and operated by Post Haste Couriers as they are reliable and deliver in a timely manner. You will receive an email with your tracking number once we have processed your package with Pass The Parcel.
We are careful with our packaging to ensure items will arrive in good condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please email us to let us know and we will send you a replacement order.
We have a flat rate shipping charge per order to anywhere within the North and South Islands of New Zealand, including rural delivery addresses.
We ship to anywhere within the North and South Islands in New Zealand, including rural delivery addresses.
We do not ship to islands other than the main North and South Islands i.e. we do not ship to Waiheke Island, Chattam Islands, Stewart Island etc.
We also do not ship to post office boxes as our courier company is unable to deliver to them.
Your Account & Orders
Please contact us if you wish to change or cancel an order. If an order has already been despatched, we will not be able to change or cancel it.
No, you can checkout as a guest if you wish. Upon your order being registered with Pass The Parcel courier service, you will receive an email with the tracking details which you can use to track your order.
Also, once your order is completed in our system you will receive a completion email from us advising you of this too.
